In recent years scams and inadequate corporate behavior have scared many crystal shop owners, and rightly so.

International business transactions at the level of small-scale companies are entirely trust-based. Legal procedures against a business partner in another country are nearly impossible to implement and even harder to win. Language barriers, geographical distance, and different national laws are hurdles impossible to overcome.

Building trust with our clients is our daily business. Scams and previous bad experiences of our clients, however, make life harder for us too.

Therefore we did decide to provide our clients with maximum transparency by making available all official documents that can be used as proof that we are not a fake company. 

We have nothing to fear and nothing to hide.

The Peruvian labor law obliges legally established companies to provide a series of documents to prove that they adhere to labor rights, as well as health and safety regulations. Although these documents are NOT public, they have to be shared with all employees and they have to be approved by the authorities. Only legally established real companies will have those documents. As a token of transparency, we have translated these documents into English and share them publicly. These documents are the best way to show that we care for our employees’ health and safety and that we provide sustainable quality jobs like any ethical crystal company should do and be able to prove.

We are measuring our remaining environmental footprint and we are on the way to mitigate this impact by financing a habitat restoration project. Our crystals are carbon neutral.

We are going to great length to find the right process for each type of stone in order to achieve the best possible polish.

During our lapidary production we have a rigurous  review process in place that filters out any product that shows the tyniest scratches.

We strive for perfect shapes in all our products, even if this means an extreemly high effort in carving.

Even if handmade piece by piece, we do offer standartized sizes that do not vary more than 2 to 3 mm. This improves the pricing process of our clients.

We are constantly improving our production process in order to achieve shorter production times while maintaining quality. Also we are trying to save water and energy.
