This is how we do it:
We offer crystal shops around the world to invest into our ethical crystal mining projects in Peru.
We hire our miners with legal contracts and provide them with all required safety gear. They benefit from all required labour, health and pension benefits.
We guarantee to maintain environmental impacts as low as possible.
Our mining company Alvar S.A.C. sells all mined raw materials, crystals and minerals to Gemrock Peru S.A.C. and generates this way a annual profit of up to 25 % over the investment of our partner companies.
Gemrock Peru S.A.C. converts the raw material into finished products. The workers in Gemrock Perus lapidary workshop are hired under legal contracts and benefit from all legally required labour, health and pension benefits. Gemrock Peru works constantly to reduce the environmental footprint of our crystal products.
Investors in the mining project get up to 20 % discount when ordering crystal products from Gemrock Peru S.A.C. for all product that have been manufactured from minerals and crystals from the mining project. The first crystal mining operation of Alvar Peru is located in the department of Lima, in the peruvian desert mountains and Andean foothills close to the countries capital. Currently all ethical crystal products promoted by the partnership are mined by Alvar Peru and all retail partners are invested in the mining operation.

Gemrock Peru is a peruvian lapidary workshops and global wholesaler. Gemrock Peru was legally foundet in 2017, is registered with the public registry of Lima and is member of the chamber of commerce of Lima. Gemrock Peru buys 100 % of the rough material mined by Alvar Peru. Crystals are cleaned and sold. Rough rock is converted into lapidary and decor products, as well as jewelry and sold to corporative retailers on five continents.
